8 Epic Lightroom presets for weddings…

This is a collection I've set up for those of you who are into wedding photography.
Many photographers adds that little extra touch to their wedding photos to bring a special feeling. With Lightroom and a couple of presets you can do the same and make your photos pop out from the rest, within a couple of minutes.

Most of the presets in this wedding kit are new but some of them can be found at my site from previous posts and you might already have downloaded them before, but I’ll make it easy for you all and put them in a new preset package that I prefer to call “PH The Weddings“.  Enjoy!

  7. Hi Pierre,

    These are really nice subtle and atmospheric results and definitely a cut above most Lightroom actions I’ve tried in the past.

    I hope these work in 1.4 so I can try them out :-)

    Think the Stella Guru Greenfold is my favourite and may try that to process some 50s style pin-up photos after a shoot tomorrow. Not just nice for weddings only :-)

    Your presets are lovely. Are they only compatible with Lightroom 2.0? I’m new to lightroom, and only have 1.0. I keep trying to download your presets and all I get is a text file telling me the template for the action. I looked at your video tutorial, but I don’t have the “user presets” option. Any way for me to make the presets work? Any help is much appreciated!!

  36. I use the fantasy dress preset on many of my children’s portraits and it never ceases to amaze me! By far my favorite and most used preset. Thank you for being so generous with your talent.

  42. I love the presets but when I say apply it hugely adjusts the brightness or blows them out completely. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. Tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

  43. Hi Chrusta,
    Depending on what kind of photo you’re using the effect may differ.
    If you apply the presets on bright photos, they might get blown out.

    If a preset makes your photo to bright…I suggest you start by adjusting the brightness in Lightroom on those “blown-out” photos. You can also elaborate with “Exposure” and “Recovery”. Please let me know if it did help you out.

  46. I just love these presets!!! I downloaded them and unzipped the file. How do I transfer them over to lightroom??? Sorry its probably a stupid question, Im just new to this and have never done it before.
