PH GreenYellow for a bright and soft effect

Long time no see, but here I am again with a new preset for both Lightroom 2 and 3!

I’ve been soo busy the last couple of months that I almost feel bad for you guys. I’ve been shooting lots of funny things including jewelry and some maternity photos. I bring my camera everywhere I go actually. If I don’t, I’m afraid i will miss an opportunity to “catch” a moment :-)

I’ve been using Lightroom 3 for some time now and I must say it’s really a good investment if you’re into photography and been using LR 2 before. The improvements of noise reduction is my absolute favorite among all other great news in LR3.

Today I’ve made a new preset called YellowGreen! It makes your photos brighter with a soft tone of “yellow-green” and some purple :-) Since most of you probably still using Lightroom 2 I’ve made two versions of this preset. One for LR2 and one for LR3.

  1. As a LR2 user, I really appreciate the fact that you have created the preset to work with bot LR2 and LR3. When I migrate to LR3 will my old presets still work the way they used to?

  2. You’re right Setojkt!
It’s been way to long time since I added a preset. I’m running two business at the same time right now, so I had to move focus from the blog for some time. Will soon update the site with new content.
    Sorry :-/

  3. Hi Pierre,

thanks so much for that nice preset and your very interesting hp.
As a LR rookie i like presets to learn from the steps inside each.
The preset is for LR3 – while trying to do this adjustments by my own in LR5 i did not find some shifters (as in LR3) because they are different. I got nearly the same impact but not the same ;)
Would it be possible to get that preset specially for LR5 – just to learn something more…

    thanks, matthias
