HI, I have been following, and I see it says download the free preset, but it does not let me access anything when I try to open the download. Am I doing something wrong? It says No available application can open it. How do I access the free file to add to lightroom?

You need a software that can extract zip-files.
Both Mac and Windows have this functionality built-in these days. But older computers might not have it. It can be downloaded and installed if that’s the cas for you.
