Can I use these presets in Lightroom 3? If so..how do i get them yo open and be usable/

Hi Lorna,
Sorry but all these (all in the “Project 365 presets“) are made for LR4 unfortunately.
You can use them in LR3 but some of them might not give you the same effect/adjustments due to the difference in functionality between LR3 and LR4.
